What you need to know.
Škoda Prepaid Service covers your scheduled maintenance for up to 5 years or 75,000 km (whichever comes first), helping you enjoy worry-free ownership. All manufacturer-prescribed service work is included and carried out by authorised Škoda service using genuine parts, modern equipment and trained specialists.
The package is linked to the vehicle, not the owner, and is fully transferable, helping protect your car’s resale value.
What’s included:
Manufacturer-prescribed regular inspections and essential wear-and-tear service items such as: engine oil and oil filter changes; air and pollen filters; brake fluid; spark plugs; DSG oil; all-wheel-drive clutch oil (Haldex); fuel filters and other scheduled maintenance operations designed to keep your Škoda performing at its best.
What’s not included:
Repairs due to accidents, misuse, negligence or non-approved modifications; damage outside normal wear and tear; tyres and wheels; glass, mirrors and lighting damage; towing; cleaning and detailing; navigation/map updates; fluids such as fuel or AdBlue; roadside assistance; and work carried out outside authorised Škoda service centres.
Services must be performed in line with the manufacturer’s maintenance schedule. Any work outside the package will be charged separately. While the service package is available in every country where Škoda operates, coverage does not apply across borders.
